Hi, I’m Chris. I am an Electrical Engineer and a long-time resident of the East Bay. This loft at Liquid Sugar isn't just an investment property to me; it was my family's home for over 10 years. My wife and I brought both of our daughters home to this condo, and we loved the community and the incredible convenience of living in the heart of Emeryville. We eventually moved to nearby Alameda, but we kept this place because we know how rare it is to find a quiet, concrete-built sanctuary this close to the city. Because this was our primary residence, we have maintained it to a much higher standard than a typical rental. We have personally updated the unit and replaced all the appliances to ensure everything is modern and reliable.
